ระวัง! อีเมลล์หลอกให้ส่งชื่อบัญชีผู้ใช้ และรหัสผ่าน
ระวัง
เนื่องจากระยะนี้มีการส่งอีเมลล์ เพื่อหลอกให้ส่งชื่อบัญชี และรหัสผ่าน ของผู้ใช้งานในระบบจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์กลางเพื่อการสื่อสารในภาครัฐ และระบบจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐอื่นๆ ซึ่งทาง สบทร.ไม่มีนโยบายให้ท่านส่งชื่อบัญชี และรหัสผ่านของท่านมายัง สบทร. หรือไปยังเวปไซต์อื่นๆ ดังนั้นเมื่อท่านได้รับจดมายในลักษณะดังกล่าว ขอให้ท่านลบ และอย่าหลงเชื่อ ส่งชื่อบัญชีผู้ใช้ และรหัสผ่านให้แก่ผู้ไม่หวังดีครับ

การป้องกัน
ในเบื้องต้น สบทร. จำทำการคัดกรองจดมายเหล่านี้และส่งไปยังกล่องจดหมายขยะ Junk mail ซึ่งจดหมายบางฉบับอาจหลุดรอดไปยังกล่องขาเข้าได้ ดังนั้นผู้ใช้งานจึงไม่ควรหลงเชื่อแล้วทำการตอบกลับ ส่งชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านไปยังผู้ไม่หวังดี หรือเมื่อท่านได้รับเมลล์เหล่านี้แล้วมีข้อสงสัย สามารถส่งอีเมลล์สอบถามมาได้ที่ helpdesk@gits.net.th หรือโทรมาที่เบอร์ hotline 02-612-6060
วิธีแก้ไข
ในกรณีที่ท่านได้ส่งบัญชี และรหัสผ่านไปแล้ว ให้ทำการแก้ไขรหัสผ่านทันที โดยเข้าไปที่ แก้ไขค่าส่วนตัว (Personal Setting)->รหัสผ่าน (Password)

Dear Webmail Subscriber, This is to notify you that we are presently working on our webmail User Accounts Owner for safety, We are having congestions due to the anonymous registration of accounts so we are shutting down some accounts that are no more active and your account might be deleted or suspended within 24 hours for security reasons if you do not respond to this mail. We are sending this email to you so that you can verify and let us know if you still want to use this account. If you are still interested please confirm your account by filling the space below. To complete your account verification, you must reply to this email immediately and enter your account details below. Username: (**************) Password: (**************) Date Of Birth(************). Failure to do this will immediately render your account deactivated from our database. We apologise for the inconvenience that this will cause you during this period, but trust you understand that our primary concern is for our customers and for the security of their data. our customers are totally secure Support Team.
เมลล์หลอกดังกล่าวมักมีลักษณะคล้ายกับตัวอย่าง ซึ่งอาจมีชื่อหัวข้อ หรือเนื้อหาใกล้เคียงกันนี้ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานหลงเชื่อว่าเป็นเมลล์ของผู้ให้บริการ หรือผู้ดูแลระบบ
